Product Overview:
The 50kg explosive disposal robot is a special machine entry product with functions of explosive detonation, explosive transfer and dangerous area detection. It is composed of modules such as track chassis, robot arm, double swing arm, communication module and control terminal. It has strong movement performance and can move quickly under various terrain such as grass, cement floor, muddy road surface and urban ruins. In a variety of complex terrain and harsh environment, the robot can replace the EOD personnel to approach high-risk, explosive, suspected explosive and other dangerous goods, and carry out investigation, transfer, disassembly and destruction operations. At the same time, it can also be used as a monitoring and attack platform for various special operations.
Functional Characteristics
Excellent Terrain and Environmental Adaptability The robot can swiftly navigate through various terrains such as grass, concrete, muddy roads, gravel paths, and urban rubble. It operates effectively in harsh conditions including high and low temperatures, water crossings, salt spray, vibrations, and complex electromagnetic environments. It supports real-time mapping and, when paired with AR/VR glasses, enables augmented reality (AR) navigation, ensuring adaptability in complex environments.
Superior Control Performance Featuring a high-definition large screen and joystick controls for flexible operation. It supports immersive control with AR/VR glasses, providing 5-channel imagery using low-latency video transmission technology, with a control range extending up to 1000 meters.
High Load Capacity Mechanical Arm for Grasping Equipped with a 1.2m-long mechanical arm capable of handling heavy loads: up to 15kg at the proximal end and up to 5kg at the distal end. It achieves a maximum grasping height of 1.9m and a maximum grasping depth of 0.8m.
Flexible Expansion Capability The robot includes interfaces for integrating perception, detection, and other modules. It can be equipped with various end effectors or mission payloads for specialized operations.
